Privacy Choices & Data Requests

Controls available in the app

• Delete one message: press and hold it in chat, then choose Delete.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and requires two confirmations.
• Notifications: disable them in Amori - AI girlfriend Settings and in iPhone Settings.
• Microphone, camera, and photos: revoke access in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security.
• Privacy & Data (where available in your installed version): export your data, change optional analytics or withdraw AI-processing permission. Declining analytics does not affect features or price. AI withdrawal pauses new AI features, not billing. Older versions can use the requests below.
• Subscription: manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel billing.

Request access, correction, export, or deletion

Email support@clippo.media with the subject “Amori privacy request”. State the type of request and the email associated with Sign in with Apple, if applicable. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or conversation content.

We may ask for reasonable verification before releasing or changing account data. EEA/UK requests are normally answered within one month and are normally free. Complex requests may take up to two additional months where allowed; we notify you within the first month. We ask only for the verification needed to protect your private data.

Restriction, objection, consent withdrawal and complaints

Use the same privacy contact to request restriction, object to legitimate-interest processing or withdraw consent. Say which processing you want stopped; do not include your conversation content. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; see the EDPB directory.

Account deletion removes active app content and creates a follow-up request for relevant processor-held data. Apple purchase history and records required by law may remain. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Account deletion from the website

For account security, the fastest deletion method is inside the authenticated app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with the account and request assisted deletion.
